- PPHC Structure
- Required to meet bi-monthly – set up annual meeting schedule beginning in September.
- Discuss meeting options (Executive Steering Committee/HMP Action Team) separate vs. joint
- Addition of One - 40 Hour per week PPHC Staffing Position
- Do we need to Revise Name – Based on Coverage Area?
- Do we need to Revise Bylaws?
- Review/Revise/Approve “Mission Statement, Strategic Goals, Essential Services, & Values

- Policy Development
- A formal written procedure to report local public health enforcement issues to the appropriate officials as the PPHC becomes aware of such situations.
- A formal written procedure to collaborate in alerting communities and appropriate public health officials to possible health threats and disease outbreaks and implement as appropriate.
