Executive Director (Pine Tree Hospice)

Description: Pine Tree Hospice (PTH) is a non-profit, state licensed volunteer hospice program based in Dover-Foxcroft that provides services to end-of-life clients and their families and bereavement support to hospice families and others throughout the community. PTH has an opportunity for an Executive Director (ED) who has a desire to improve the quality of life for terminally ill people, and be the community’s leading advocate for quality end-of-life care and bereavement support. The ED will direct and lead PTH while promoting the mission, vision and goals through public awareness and education, ensuring that PTH is a recognized entity within the area. The ED will manage day-to-day operations and is responsible for all financial functions including accounting, billing, and budget management. The ED seeks grants and other resources to support and expand the mission of PTH. Position requirements include an Associate or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field and five years management experience.
