Anesthesiologist - Residency, Fellowship and board certification in anesthesiology and Maine Medical License required.

Floorperson/Maint/Courier - 35 hours, (Floorperson/Maintenance-two 10-hour shifts 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. every weekend/Courier--Monday thru Friday 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.) Floorperson/Maintenance duties include carpet shampooing, waxing, polishing, and buffing floors. Courier duties require driving in all weather conditions, between hospital and all off campus office practices delivering and picking up interoffice mail, supplies and lab specimens. Must hold a valid State of Maine drivers license.

Lead Office Coordinator - 40 hours, Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Bachelors' degree in Business or Health Care Admin. or equivalent experience in related field. Five years of leadership experience including large staff supervision in a business office setting required; healthcare practice management and billing experience preferred. Must have ability to function under multiple demands. Responsible for supervision of administrative and clinical staff in the Dover-Foxcroft Family Medicine office. Maintains an ongoing dialogue with practice manager regarding issues and concerns affecting efficiency, productivity, financial performance, and morale throughout practice offices. Assists with provider and staff relations, including recruiting, training, and placement. Evaluates best practices across practices, and facilitates implementation of consistent applications where appropriate. Develops and recommends appropriate policies and procedures and assures compliance with state standards.

RN ICU - 32 hours, (2) 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. shifts and (1) 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. shift. Every 3rd weekend & holiday rotations. Ventilator experience preferred, ACLS required; TNCC preferred and CCRN required within 2 years. Critical care & emergency department experience preferred. Position requires floating.

CNA/UC M/S - 12 hours, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m., Sunday's. Experienced CNA; acute care experience preferred.

RN House Supervisor - 12 hours and per diem, variable weekend hours, occasional weekend, minimum 2 years clinical experience with previous management experience preferred.

PA/FNP (DFFM) - Full-time, graduate of an accredited program and DEA registered. Experience in family med pref.

PA/FNP (DFP) - Full-time, graduate of an accredited program and DEA registered. Experience in family medicine preferred.

RN M/S - 24 hours, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m., Saturday and Sunday. Acute care experience preferred.

PA or NP ED - Full-time. Must be a graduate of an accredited PA/NP program, DEA registration. ACLS certified and Emergency Department experience required.

CRNA - Full-time, days plus rotating call. Must be a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.

RN's (all areas) - Per diem. M/S; ICU; OB; ED. At least one year Med/Surg experience and ACLS preferred.
